openstretch mode isn't covered in teuthology

There seem to be virtually no teuthology tests for stretch mode (beyond just enabling the connectivity election mode?). In particular there is nothing that would exercise setting up stretch zones, taking down a stretch zone under active I/O, recovering a stretch zone, etc.
Need to add:
- targeted stretch mode tests to the rados suite
- stretch mode thrasher teuthology task that other suites such as krbd could easily plug into (similar to thrashosds)
