Description

patch [1] doesn't seem to clear the evicted/blocklisted clients, which makes the df hangs still.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Fuse mount a client
2. Evict the client (we can umount the client at this point, but don't do that)
3. ../src/stop.sh
4. running df hangs, cannot umount the client too (target is busy).
