Description

valgrind used to crash on ubuntu (https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/18126), so we had pinned it to run only on centos. that bug has been fixed, so we should enable these tests against ubuntu (and rhel)

however, some of the rgw/verify tests are broken for ubuntu, and these need to be resolved first
