Description
If no orchestrator is configured, the NFS page in the Dashboard shows 'Page not found'.
As a user i expect that i will see something like: 'NFS is not properly configured.'
The Dashboard already has such a feature, but the related REST API endpoint does not catch all necessary exceptions to handle all errors properly.
