qa/tasks/qemu currently sets-up an NBD device when testing with encrypted rbd images.
This is a temporary workaround as qemu did not support librbd encryption at the time.
Since 6.1.0, qemu supports librbd encryption.
However, OS-built packages of qemu with rbd support are currently compiled with an older version of librbd, which does not support encryption.
When qemu does get that support for librbd encryption, we should switch the qemu task to use it.
