Description
in a large cluster we can get pools like
pool 9 'cephfs.a.data' replicated size 3 min_size 2 crush_rule 0 object_hash rjenkins pg_num 32768 pgp_num 1 pgp_num_target 32768 autoscale_mode on last_change 78007 lfor 0/0/78007 flags hashpspool stripe_width 0 application cephfs
due do the pg_num scaling. This then makes us hit the per-osd pg limits.
