Description

Suggestion from Luca Cervigni (Pawsey):

If I could give my opinion as a cluster administrator, the best would probably be 2 CPUs and 48 Cores. The total number of cores is anyway the important value, and everyone (hopefully) can do n/2

Summarizing: replace the current per-CPU Core count with the total Core count (CPU count x Cores-per-CPU).
