Description

The API menu entry in the upper corner redirects to the wrong URL (/docs) which leads the angular app to attach #/dashboard and this finally results in a wrong URL.

Changing the href URL to /docs/ will fix the issue.

Note, this only affects Pacific and Octopus.

I need to mention that https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/53317 must be included also to finally fix the issue in development environments.
