Description
Legacy pgmeta onodes might have the flag unset after upgrading from Luminous (and before) to recent Ceph releases. Which makes such onodes different from new pgmeta ones. There are just no means for that "upgrade" IIUC.
This looks mostly harmless so far except the case when it triggers https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/51682 and prevents upgraded OSD from starting as such pgmeta's OMAPs are improperly converted as well. That's not the case for ones tagged with the flag though.

Sorry, that's https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/53062 which is revealed by the issue, not https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/51682
