Description
There are interfaces [1] to create/remove ganesha cephfs exports dynamically (i.e. without server restart). OpenStack Manila's CephFS NFS driver needs an interface to also dynamically update a cephfs export's client access list and access level. This is different from the feature request, https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/51615, to update an entire ganesha cluster that is non-trivial.

Closing this tracker ticket. It is superseded by https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/54025 . Instead of adding a new `ceph nfs export update`interface changes can be made to the existing `ceph nfs export apply` interface to dynamically update CephFS NFS exports.
