Description

If the orch backend is set to test_orchestrator /api/host?facts=true in UI returns 500. So UI should subscribe to facts=true only if orch backend is cephadm, else it should just show Unavailable.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
