Description

Currently rbd_default_map_options can only be set globally. Make "rbd config pool set <pool> rbd_default_map_options <value>" and "rbd config image set <pool> rbd_default_map_options <value>" work.

rbd_default_map_options value is taken in its entirety from either global conf, pool override or image override and then optionally merged with --options specified on the command line
