Description
Following an old change that made operator-initiated scrubs into a type of 'scheduled scrubs':
the operator command 'ceph pg pg-num deep_scrub' only sets the next scrub operation on the named PG to be a deep scrub, but
does not initiate the scrub. An additional scrub command is required.
This behaviour is surprising.
