Description

'ceph-deploy install...' needs the ca-certificates or you get :
pushy.protocol.proxy.ExceptionProxy: Command 'wget q -O 'https://ceph.com/git/?p=ceph.git;a=blob_plain;f=keys/release.asc' | apt-key add -' returned non-zero exit status 2

just add ca-certificates to the prereqs and it fine...
Oh ! add lsb-release too

not all machines have lsb-release by default
