Description

unable to completely silence alerts in dashboard

Silenced alerts still raise a pop-up (in blue instead of red).

How reproducible

Steps:

  1. Create an alert that'll always fire
  2. Silence (e.g. in Ceph Dashboard)
  3. Watch Ceph-Dashboard

Expected results

No popups shown for silenced alerts.
