Description
Hi there,
While upgrading my cluster from 16.2.4 to the 16.2.5 release the upgrade seems to get stuck on upgrading the OSDs.
While looking in the logs it appears that ceph orch does not check the existence of the /usr/lib/sysctl.d directory before attempting to write a file into it. Creating the directory manually and restarting the upgrade seems to fix the issue.
I am running Debian 10 on the OSD servers with docker.
