Description

problem is observed when trying to integrate bucket notifications with elasticserach.
the notifications are rejected due to missing "Content-Type" in the notification HTTP header.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
