Description
The value of `bluestore_block_db_size` in ceph.conf is ignored
when running `ceph-volume lvm batch`.
[root@ceph-aschoen cephuser]# cat /etc/ceph/ceph.conf | grep bluestore_block_db_size
bluestore_block_db_size = 5368709120
[root@ceph-aschoen cephuser]# ceph-volume lvm batch --bluestore /dev/vdd --db-devices /dev/vdg --report
--> passed data devices: 1 physical, 0 LVM
--> relative data size: 1.0
--> passed block_db devices: 1 physical, 0 LVM
