Users can apply:

service_type: mds
service_id: fsname
placement:
  count: 2
config:
  mds_cache_memory_limit: 8Gi

And this would set the config option for all daemons of that service.

We should probably add this to the documentation

Existing docs seem to favor using centralized config ie. ceph config set. At first glance that seems to me to have equivalent functionality, and one might argue that documenting setting options in the service spec YAML could lead to confusion.

If I'm missing something, please do enlighten me.
