Description

The file `monitoring/grafana/dashboards/hosts-overview.json` is not valid JSON, as on two occasions, the `decimals` element is repeated.

This prevents this dashboard from being consumed by, and deployed via Jsonnet which complains about the duplication.

The change is trivial. A PR is coming.
