Description
The upgrade check command checks the image is of each daemon against the image id for the image the user would like to upgrade to. However, since certain daemons such as those on the monitoring stack don't use the ceph image, they are always marked as needing upgrade. Daemons that don't use a ceph image should probably be in their own category or left out of the upgrade check rather than being marked as needing upgrade.
