PR #37600 introduced support for both cephfs and rgw exports
to be configured using a single nfs-ganesha cluster.

cephadm allows for rgw and cephfs exports from the same cluster instance:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/37600

Current state of rook appears to only support cephfs exports; better integration with rook is wip.
