Description

Right now, if an unexpected exception such as https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/50043 is to happen during the upgrade, the cephadm module can fail, ultimately stopping the upgrade. However, the upgrade status is not updated and still reports the upgrade is in progress as if everything is fine. It would be nice if when an exception occurred during the upgrade loop that we can't handle and may cause the module to fail that we report it in the upgrade status.
