<dgalloway> joshd, yep i was under the impression we were ready to upgrade all the jenkins builders to 20.04
<dgalloway> based on kefu's assessment in https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/49653#note-11
<dgalloway> seems maybe we weren't quite there
<dgalloway> and, i'm so sorry, but i do not understand the boost/ceph version matrix.  like what version should be in what distro
<dgalloway> or ceph version
<joshd> dgalloway: I'm afraid I don't either, may have to wait for kefu to come online and take a look

libboost failure fixed by removing the existing libboost manually.
