"ERROR: Step ?Publish xUnit test result report? failed: [CTest-Version 3.x (default)] - No test report file(s) were found with the pattern 'build/Testing/**/Test.xml' relative to '/home/jenkins-build/build/workspace/ceph-pull-requests' for the testing framework 'CTest-Version 3.x (default)'."
all branches share the same "ceph-pull-requests" jenkins job. so we need to fix them, once https://github.com/ceph/ceph-build/pull/1779 is merged. currently, "ceph-pull-requests" jenkins job was updated manually. so "make check" failures on LTS branches are expected.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
