Description

Currently the role 'cluster-manager' is described as 'Cluster Manager', but for a real insight on what that role comprises, a user really needs to go the Role Management section. It'd be desirable to have a brief description of the components managed: for example 'Manages: cluster-wide settings, OSDs, Pools, RBD, CephFS, NFS and RGW'.
