Description

The documentation for the new RGW user admin API can be manually found at http://ceph.com/docs/master/dev/radosgw/admin/adminops/ (thanks to da271f7f78fee9e349860695b1913210a44018cc), but what should be the parent page for it - http://ceph.com/docs/master/dev/radosgw/ - doesn't have any menu option to navigate to it.

Additionally, the TOC's don't match. Once http://ceph.com/docs/master/dev/radosgw/ has been updated to allow this navigation, also update the TOC on http://ceph.com/docs/master/dev/radosgw/admin/adminops/ to match.

Also updated the TOC for the gateway directory under dev directory here: http://ceph.com/docs/master/dev/radosgw/
