I've run this test successfully a few times. Given that this failure came out of the same run as #4965 (which I am also failing to reproduce), I'm suspecting there was a transient error, either in the package itself or somewhere in the system.
I'll keep an eye out for the next Hadoop testing run and I've also queued a scheduled suite run (to see if it's something in the harness that's causing the issue).

I'm now able to reproduce this bug and I'm digging into it. May not fix it today (need to head out soon), but should have it run down by the end of the weekend.

It looks like the extra_packages directive is not being honored, the libcephfs-java packages are not being installed and that is what is causing the failure. I'll start working on a fix tomorrow.

Commit a095075fe4dcdac817895dac316100e733ab4698 has a fix that should resolve this. A scheduled run of the Hadoop suite passes now. Once a nightly passes, I'll close this.
