Description

ceph osd tell '*' injectargs '--osd_max_backfills 0' causes all OSDs to crash. Also, if ceph.conf had a value of 0 the OSDs won't assert, but all recovery activity will be unable to get reservations, so won't make progress. I plan on adding an assert in the AsyncReserver constructor.
