Description

It would be nice to have environment variables to overwrite the default repo configuration.
Env variables might look like:
default['ceph']['debian']['repository'] = ...
default['ceph']['rhel']['repository'] = ...
...

This will allow an organization to deploy Ceph with local repositories.

Once this is implemented, we could include the ceph::repo recipe directly instead of doing it manually.
