see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1929043, where we have link issue when using C++17 and std::filesystem. and the maintainer recommend GTS-10 to address this problem. but on CentOS8, GTS-10 is still missing a handful packages. see https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=17860. I do have a copr repo for GTS-10 built on amd64. but somehow it cannot build on aarch64.
so I am wondering if we can use RHEL8 for our aarch64 builders for better C++17 support which we need for compiling Ceph?

We can try it. It will take some time to add the necessary repos to our Satellite server.
