Description

During the upgrade process it would be helpful if cephadm displays the number of daemons which have aleady been upgraded. This way it would easier to keep track of the progress, especially during the redeployment of possibly hundreds of osd daemons.

Here's an example of what I mean:

cephadm [INF] Upgrade: Checking mgr daemons...
cephadm [INF] Upgrade: 1 of 5 mgr daemons already in target version
cephadm [INF] Upgrade: Need to upgrade myself (...)
cephadm [INF] Upgrade: Pulling docker.io/ceph/ceph:...
[...]
