Description

mostly to make sure they work properly. if so, we should replace all of our amd64 gitbuilders with lxc for better performance and resource sharing.

lets start with

- gitbuilder-ceph-deb-precise-amd64-notcmalloc
- gitbuilder-ceph-deb-raring-amd64-basic
- gitbuilder-ceph-deb-wheezy-amd64-basic

since those are sort of cranky

These are migrated to LRX so i guess we shall see how they do. The originals did not have -basic in their name so they also got re-named (gitbuilder.cgi/proxy updated to reflect that)
