Description
on a VM, the disk list command doesn't list out all the disks, it seems to list only the latest disk, that was used.
ie, when i try to create osd, the disk list always display only the last disk,on which osd is created
also, this happens only on VM and it works fine on physical machines.

I got as far as verifying that the VM didn't list all devices in /dev/disk/by-path.. no idea why. it seemed to list them all in /dev/disk/by-id, but then we don't get the -partN naming that we're after. so... meh.
