Description

for services mon and mgr the orch rm command tells you these services can not be removed, and yet in the UI a delete is allowed which switches the daemons to unmanaged mode. Why?

Also, the UI takes the daemon to unmanaged but doesn't provide a way to edit a service back to managed state so the admin is forced out out the UI to the CLI.
