Description

In https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/39152, we have disabled some tests since
(1) they cause noise in daily rados runs
(2) fixing cache tiering tests is not a priority at the moment

Eventually, we should fix these kind of tests or have a separate test suite for such unreliable tests.
