Description
If the daemon user does not have permissions to pull the config-key values, rbd-mirror daemon will still attempt to connect to the remote peer resulting in repeated error messages re: failure to connect to the peer but not error messages from the original problem location.
Additionally, the 'rbd mirror pool status' shows that the daemon has an error but it's not showing the callouts that show the reason why it's down.
