Please add the the `dynamic_debug` option in `.yaml` file, likes:

overrides:
  kclient:
      dynamic_debug: true

This is just for debug usage when some teuthology test failures happen and hard to trubleshoot.

Normally this shouldn't be used because it will generate numerous kernel logs when testing.
