The documentation in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/0cb56e0f13dc57167271ec7f20f11421416196a2/doc/rados/operations/monitoring-osd-pg.rst#pg-sets is partially wrong:
Currently it says:
Ceph processes a client request using the Up Set, which is the set of OSDs that will actually handle the requests.
But requests are actually handled by the Acting set.
