Description

Description of problem

On a cluster with alerting enabled, when alerts are triggered, even if they are silenced (muted), the vertical navigation item (Cluster > Monitoring) displays the total number of alerts, including the ones suppressed.

How reproducible

Trigger a few alerts: e.g.: all OSDs marked as out. Create a silence for some of them.

Expected results

Suppressed alerts shouldn't be counted in the total number displayed in the badge:
