Description
If possible check if there are any long-running operations (e.g. the deletion of an image) before restarting the mgr daemon. If the mgr gets restarted while image deletion is in progress, the image might be partially removed only. It would be nicer if the restart of the mgr can be postponed until the delete operation is complete. It might be sensible to also add a force option for this case.
