Description
Turning the progress on and off works as expected. But observed one abnormality. If the progress module is turned off when the cluster is in middle of rebalancing, the progress bar and message that is displayed in ceph -s command does not disappear. The progress message is printed even after the rebalancing is complete, progress module turned on and off, OSD daemon turned on and off etc. The progress is just stuck in ceph -s command o/p.

This issue only affects the nautilus branch, not the master branch.
