I tried suite `rgw/singleton` on `nautilus' branch

distro for `nautilus' defined as https://github.com/ceph/ceph/tree/nautilus/qa/distros/supported

and the suite `rgw/singleton` is designed to use distro as: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/nautilus/qa/suites/rgw/singleton/supported-random-distro%24

`teuthology-suite -v --ceph-repo $CEPH_REPO --suite-repo $CEPH_REPO -c $CEPH_BRANCH -m $MACHINE_NAME -s rgw/singleton -k $DISTRO -p $PRIO -e $CEPH_QA_MAIL --suite-branch $CEPH_BRANCH -l $LIMIT -t $TEUTH` => generated 24 jobs

but used with ~/ubuntu_16.04.yaml file as:

os_type: ubuntu
os_version: "16.04"

`teuthology-suite -v --ceph-repo $CEPH_REPO --suite-repo $CEPH_REPO -c $CEPH_BRANCH -m $MACHINE_NAME -s rgw/singleton -k $DISTRO -p $PRIO -e $CEPH_QA_MAIL --suite-branch $CEPH_BRANCH -l $LIMIT -t $TEUTH ~/ubuntu_16.04.yaml` => also generated 24 jobs

It's expected and desirable that if used on the command ~/ubuntu_16.04.yaml line win over distro configurations.
