Description

Regardless of what is given to --log-level, the file log level is always set to DEBUG.

In looking at the code it seems the flag was never implemented and --log-level is a noop.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
