Description

The Last Refreshed column can be displayed with a more human-readable format (e.g. 1 minute ago) rather simply displaying the timestamp.

Components:

Cluster -> Services
Cluster -> Service -> Daemons
Hosts -> Host -> Daemons

We have similar implementation in notifications:
