Description

The fix for #4778 needs to initiate a deep-scrub after repairs are complete to clear the PG_STATE_INCONSISTENT. We should pass the number of repaired objects, so that we can compute new num_scrub_errors and num_deep_scrub_errors. Then update_stats() would be able to update the flag.
