Description

As described in https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/47540, kernel "testing" builds for CentOS 7 are unavailable. This is causing lot of failures during nautilus testing in kcephfs and multimds suites. We should either switch over to using client kernel "testing" builds for CentOS 8 or stop kernel "testing" builds for CentOS 7 being queried in the jobs.
