Description

According to the documentation, using `ceph dashboard set-grafana-api-url` and `ceph dashboard get-grafana-api-url` are the only options. However, to unset grafana-api-url (actually any setting that is set using `ceph dashbaord set-<key>`) `ceph dashboard reset-<key>` can be used. This should be documented.
