Description

When enabling the telemetry module via the dashboard, the user has an option to preview the data that's being submitted:

It would be helpful to shortly explain these two fields, e.g. by using a small info icon with a popover:

Report ID: "A randomized UUID to identify a particular cluster over the course of several telemetry reports."
Report preview: "The actual telemetry data that will be submitted."
