Description
Despite the test showing up as passed in Jenkins, it's apparent that most of the actual tests are now being skipped in master. https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/35906 was passing the "make check" bot, but backporting it in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/37173 turned up an issue with the TestMon section.
I ran the test on both mainline and nautilus locally and reproduced the issue on both of them. After resolving that issue, it passed nautilus...but the master branch then fails while attempting to validate "ceph scrub" -- which no longer exists!
So, uh, something has gone wrong in that script. Not sure what, but it's not providing the coverage we think it is.

We'll revisit this test to see what's going on but not urgent IMO.
